Terms of Service

Using Lurkology

Lurkology is run by supa.sh. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Lurkology is a free site for stats and tools built on public Twitch and Kick data. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch, Kick or any of the creators whose content appears on it. Twitch and Kick are trademarks of their owners.

Accounts

Some features need you to sign in with Twitch. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and your use of Twitch stays subject to Twitch's own terms. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Lurkology and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to harass, stalk, threaten or dox anyone, or for anything that breaks the law or Twitch's or Kick's rules.
• Do not scrape the site or its API in bulk, get around its rate limits or otherwise overload it or the services behind it.

Downloads and overlays

VOD and clip downloads and chat overlays are for your personal use. The video and chat in them belong to the streamers and chatters who made them. Before you reupload, edit or publish any of it, make sure you have the right to.

Data and third-party content

Streams, chat, clips, VODs, emotes, badges and profile details come from Twitch, Kick and third-party services. They remain the property of their owners, and we make no claim to them.

Stats are built from what we can observe and may be incomplete or delayed. Some are estimates — subscriber counts, for example, are counted from chat and always marked "est." Do not rely on any figure here for anything important.

If something on the site is yours and you want it removed, or you think it infringes your rights, email us at lurkology@juliaelena.ro.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or stop working at any time, including when a service it depends on changes or goes offline. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
